How it works

Progress is hard to see up close.

A surf session or a dance class feels like a one-off until you can look back at a few weeks of them. A streak only counts the days you didn’t miss.

  1. Log it in three taps

Pick what you did from your own list: surf, forró, a walk. Tap how it felt, drained to great. Done.

  2. The note can wait

Skip it and Reps writes a plain line from the facts: “Walking for half an hour.” Add your own words and a photo tonight. Or never.

  3. Look back in a few weeks

The rhythm view shows how often you showed up and how it actually felt. Bad weeks show up too.

When to use it

  • Right after surf, the gym, a dance class, therapy, guitar. Anything you keep choosing.
  • At the end of a week that felt like nothing happened.
  • On a slow Sunday, reading the last month back.

Need help doing the thing in the first place? That’s Flow Timer or Foquinho.
